I spoke with the HR Head that arranged an interview with the Head of the specific Department. The next week I was interviewed by the Department and the interview lasted around half an hour. They will asko you lot of questions to check your language capacity and whether you are able to handle the customers in a proper way. They insist on perfect communication skills and working under pressure.
