It was great, the interviewer speaks clearly and precise so I don't encounter any difficulties on communicating with them. It never really feel lie an interview since talking to them feels like a normal conversation to somebody that I know for a long time ago. They were so comfortable to talk with
Misleading recruiters, We were promised that we are interviewing for a different position but in the end it is all for customer service representative. Recruiters just want to reach their quota, They don't care about you.

The interview process was great because the interviewers give chance to retake for those who failed on the assessment. They are very understanding and kind in answering our doubts. They also offer us compensation that agents deserve.
