Entretien
The interview process was a little brief, I was asked about three or four questions. (One which pertained to my old position as a customer service representative.) The interviewer made me feel comfortable when answering his questions. Although, he gave a brief description of what it was that my job description was, I found out during orientation. Orientation was about an hour or so, then training began the immediately after for another 6 hours.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal

It went well I've answer the question ,Also the interviewer gave a feedback base on my answer to a certain question , she gave also gave a bit information about what is ecommerce account
