I sent my application through a website advertising multilingual job offers, and I got a call from Teleperformance HR office the very next morning: a kind lady asked me about my application and checked my mother language, then she asked me a couple of questions in English to check my level of fluency. She then told me she would send a detailed presentation of the role to my email.
After I got the message, I responded to say I'd like to receive more information about the job: a skype interview was programmed for a couple of days later, and I received a call from another employee who asked me very typical interview's questions; after the call, she sent me a language test, a technical page to be translated in 30/45 minutes, which was very easy to do. After sending back to them the translated document, I received a call few minutes later (telling me the translation was perfect, and so on). After this, a skype interview was programmed for some days later (this time with HR of the Company for which Teleperformance would have provided the Customer Service Support): typical interview questions, in my mother language (with HR employees also asking about my level of English, while their knowledge of it seemed to be very basic...). After this last step, I didn't receive any other feedback for 5 days, but then I finally got a "congratulations" email with a contract proposal (the same advertised since the beginning of the process).
