Entretien
The interview process took about 2 and half hours, but not because I had a long wait time. The interview was very detailed. I had to pass a typing test and paper test first. Then I went into an interview with a recruiter where I had to pass 2 more role plays. Then I went into a second interview where I got to see the call center and meet a supervisor. I had to pass two more tests during that interview. Finally I was offered a job. It was long, but it all went by really fast.

Entretien
The most unprofessional company I've ever encountered.
They missed then rescheduled interviews three times.
I was applying for an Italian position in Greece. I had a meeting with the recruiter and she sent me an invitation for a Skype call with a manager. I waited for 30 minutes and the manager never showed up. An hour later, I received an email with a new time for my interview. I gave them a second chance and once again no one appeared to the interview. The recruiter apologised and set another meeting with a different manager, who also didn't show up to the appointment.
After that they called me and offered me a position in Portugal without any apologies or explanation.
