I applied last year in September for an available job offer in Athens, Greece. They didn't reply for almost one month. I called back to ask about the job and they told me they will come back to me. No reply since last night(after 5 months) when I received an email that they want an interview and that they will provide flight ticket, 14 days accommodation in a hotel and help to find an apartment(for people that need to relocate). Today I was called by them and asked me if I am in Greece and I told them that I am not and they told me that they need people that are already in Athens because they will not pay for the transportation and accommodation anymore(before 24h in the email they told me they will, as well in the job offer). Misinformation and broken promises and waiting half a year for a reply.

There is an assessment exam after resume is shortlisted. After one passes the exam then they are invited for a in-person interview. The interviewer will check whether you can handle difficult situations and do you have problem solving ability.
