Went through general interview and then a technical one. They were both group intervies. And they do check you english grammar and stuff like that. It takes a long time for them to process. They also do a background check. But they do not let you know if you passed anything so lots of waiting

I started working for Teleperformance eleven years ago so it's hard for me to remember the interview. I went in the day before Thanksgiving and talked to the recruiter who asked me some questions, had me read some scripts, take a typing test and was invited back for training. The office staff was very friendly, professional and polite, as were the trainers, supervisors and management staff.

Again, I do not recall the details of my initial interview and every promotion after that was interview-free (at least for me). Things have since changed and interviews are required. Depending upon the position you may be asked technical questions, analytical questions or even be required to take a test.
