Entretien
First two interview were smooth, final stage interview never happened. Had an appointment with them, waited for half an hour and nothing, called them/emailed them and tried calling them on Skype with no response. One hour later after the general call line responded to one of my calls, mentioned they will "investigate" the situation and let me know. 45 mins later, just got tired of waiting, (total of 1 hour and 45 mins) and turned off the computer.
2 weeks later - one week before the initial suggested starting date - called to ask if I was still interested.

You have to dedicate maybe 30 min to 1 hour to do the tests they ask for as a standard. If you pass that, you will have an "interview" with someone that probably didn't even see your CV, but it is easy entrance.

They have 3 rounds.
1 is HR round
2 is a test
3 is detailed interview
Hr round is all about background, they ask about you, your past work experince and then if we pass we have to give a test in 2nd round.
The interview process for the support position was overall straightforward and well-structured. The questions focused on basic troubleshooting, customer communication, and real scenarios. The recruiters were polite, and the conversation felt clear and organized.
