No real interview process. But use of alot of assessments to make sure you can do the job properly. Some you read and repeated what you read, some you had to remember what was said, there is also a typing assessment.

They asked alot of analytical questions, had you pitch an idea with little prep time and had you perform math to ensure you understood.
