After applying online there was a telephone interview. After the telephone interview you were invited into the call center. Whilst there you take a short paper based technical test (multi choice). Then a speed typing test, then a roll play, finally someone interviews you as normal.

I had a good experience interviewing for this position. It had more parts, first I had to do online assessment where I was tested on my technical and language skills. Then I had a short interview where I introduced myself and presented how I act in certain situations.
