Long and drawn out. The person who interviewed me is no longer with the company. From the day I submitted my resume until I had an offer took forever. The actual face to face was with someone that I could tell immediately was not in the right position. This concerned me, as they were my first impression of the company.

Typical questions you would get at any call center. Nothing that sets the apart from any other place.
Interview process for the above role is quite easy. You go through a couple of rounds. HR and followed by the Operations Head.
HR typically validates your profile credentials and remuneration which can easily be discussed with them.
Secondly the Operations head screens you on the skills developed through experience and education and how you can contribute to the organization development.
