People outside the HR department are nice. HR itself is unprofessional and ridiculous. HR person can't even read your CV in a proper way during the interview and messes up the work experience. 3 Interviews, references, polygraph test. HR is detorrigating your reference contacts for 15 minutes on the phone like you are a criminal. More over, questions they ask your reference contacts are completely irrelevant and has nothing to do with the work experience. They ask how the employee is managin the conflicts at work, but they dont ask the qualifications, knowledge and relevant experience that you have for the specific job position. Makes you feel sorry that you even gave any contacts of your former colleagues and present ones to be disturbed like that, as they spend their personal time to talk to HR. The HR doesn't make you want to work here. Ridiculous hiring experience, feel sorry that I have spent 3 days of my life for this. Dear Toyga, please send your HR employees for an advanced training.
