I was pleased to interview with the Lead at TOPS Infosolutions. What was good was that they really explained about the company and also the kind of projects they work.

Wastage of time only... I would suggest don't give interview at tops infosolutions without confirmation of salary package in a mail. Because they were change after you selected and gives you same package. Without considering knowledge, experience and skill they only stick on the current salary package... If you have minimum budget then why you are taking interview process further. Technical round is very meaningful but final hr round is very worst...
