A 2-step process involving an assessment and a interview. The assessment consists intermediate grammar questions. If you crack it, you're 90% selected. The interview is to understand your knowledge of grammar and your interests.
The first round would be a call from HR, then an English grammar test, and then a HR round. I would say if you have good command of English, it's good to go

It was interesting. It required 5 rounds. One of them was a written assessment which I enjoyed. The HR was also professional and made me feel at ease. It was a nice experience.
