This was followed by a panel interview, where multiple team members assessed my technical knowledge, communication, and ability to work in a collaborative environment. The third round was an interaction with the VC, which focused more on vision, cultural alignment, and long-term goals. Finally, the process concluded with the HR round, which mainly covered organizational fit, expectations, and final discussions before moving forward. Overall, it was a comprehensive and insightful experience.
