I applied online and received an email for a phone screen. Went through my resume outline with her. She asked many questions about me. I'm guessing to understand what type of person I was. I got a call two days later to come in for an interview. The interview was with two people, head of the department I was applying for and a upper level manager. After that interview I was called the next day to come in and do another interview the following week. At that time it was a panel interview with about 8 people from all over the company. It was stressful yet intriguing of how the company took hiring so serious. I was called at the end of the day.
