Talked with the recruiter The recruiter passed along my resume to management The recruiter called telling me management liked my resume and a Microsoft meeting was set up Go on the call with 3 people from management who obviously had not seen my resume as they started asking me about things which I obviously did not have experience with and they decided to end the interview because of my lack of experience in certain areas They wasted my time as well as their own Silver lining. Better I found out early on what the company was like
