All quite basic and usual questions on managing and leading others, my skills and experience. I made it to the last round and had to wait 3-4 weeks (and chased 4 times for feedback) to be told I didn't get the job.

I had 2 interviews. The first was more competency based, with the second focusing more on experience. I was given the opportunity to ask lots of questions in both interviews.

Sneaky process. Stretched for 3 months. Several times rescheduled. They “hook” candidate by stretching interview process and delaying it with multiple interviews. They mention about other candidates to create fake competition. Do not fall for the “tricks”.
