The interview process at TjMaxx was very fast. I applied and not even a week later they reached out to me to schedule and interview. When I arrived to the interview it felt very welcoming and not nervous at all. The manager that interviewed me was very kind and interested in what I had to say.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
