After filling out and turning in the application, I got a phone call a couple of weeks later. It was kind of an interview on the phone and then I was scheduled for an actual interview. I came in and met 2 of the managers. They asked me simple questions about myself and told me more information about working there and the benefits, etc. I was told I would receive a call about orientation and later that week received the official job offer.
