Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TJ Maxx (Dallas, TX) en juin 2012
Entretien
I handed in an application form and waited a few days then followed up. I was told I could attend a group interview, which lead me to believe that if I had not have followed up, would I have been contacted at all??? Anyway I went to the interview, which wasn't really an interview... it was a room full of 8-9 potential applicants like myself. Two assistant managers were present and explained the ideas behind the company e.g. customer service ideals (which every company has to be honest). They asked a few questions, "what does customer service mean to you?" "tell us a bit about yourself" ect. Then they gave us back our applications to see if we wanted to make any changes (and people who filled out an application online were made to fill one out by hand). They also made it a point to mention that ALL your references had to pickup the phone otherwise you would not be called in for a 1:1 interview, even if they really liked you. So that's it, applications were handed back in and you left. Guess mine didn't pick up LOL
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
