Entretien
Initial interview was a phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes. It was very succint and I received a great word picture of the position and the goals. The hiring manager appointed one of his development team leads to pre-screen my skill set. He described a very democratic and employee-sensitive environment of collaboration and professionalism.

What was my experience managing junior PMs? What do I think is the difference between Project Management and Program Management? What activities did I perform that supported a SOX audit initiative? What kinds and levels of program reporting have I performed? What was the Steering Committee feedback on these reports?

Entretien
Had a phone screen for a contract role followed by a request for a face-to-face interview. Most unexpected thing to happen was the hiring manager not showing up and having several people come to speak for them. Was not impressed.
