A complete mess. The director is wonderful but every other working part (the recruiters to the team-members) was awful. Poor communication, poor dispositions, etc. If this is how it looks like from just recruiting, I can only imagine how the ship is run everywhere else. Took them 3 months to let me know the results of the interview when they said only 2 weeks (and despite intermittent follow-ups on my part). Obviously I gave up on them and had moved on by that point. Again, director/head of research is wonderful to chat with but research itself is new to the company and they’re still figuring it out. Expect to be guinea pigs for a bit.
