They called me and asked questions about my background and expectations. They shared salary info and next steps. They said I would be hearing from this within the next day but it has been weeks and I have no heard anything. It would be nice to have gotten a notification of rejection. The person on the phone screening was nice though!

3 Interviews over 6 weeks just to not hear anything back from the company. I have no problem with not getting the job, but the dragged out process just to be ghosted is unprofessional and discourteous. The interviewers were all very nice and asked mostly behavioral questions.
