The entire process took about 2 weeks. I applied via the company site and hr reached out to me via email for a Zoom meeting. It was a panel of about four people. I video chatted but the panel did not. The questions are all based on you resume and job specific software. There were no scenario or STAR based questions. I received an offer the next day.
