Prescreen with recruiter followed by two rounds of interviews that were all virtual.
It was based around behavioral type questions. Come prepared and you will do just fine and be sure to come with questions as well.

Entretien
The couple of phone interviews with the recruiter went great and they decided to have me come in. The woman who interviewed me in person seemed to express minimal interest in me or my experience but apparently I did well because they scheduled another interview with the regional sales manager a few days later. In the end I didn’t get an offer because in their eyes I lacked the experience. Given my resume, credentials, and work history I thought this was questionable feedback. I asked for additional context and feedback but never heard another word from anyone. Overall the experience left a bad taste in my mouth because of how long the process was, the time commitment they expected just to interview, and then the shallow feedback. Huge waste of time.

What is the most complex financial plan you’ve put together
It is a very long Process, it took over two months. Recruiter ZOOM interview. Hiring Manager ZOOM interview. Panel ZOOM behavioral interview. Panel ZOOM role play interview. I waited two weeks with no response. I emailed the recruiter and no response. I emailed the Director and no response. I heard back from the recruiter and she did not have a decision yet. A week later I was informed that the role was given to an internal candidate.

Entretien
They scheduled my review for a Monday morning, 10am. My contact for the interview was not even at work on that morning. They hastily foiund a couple other people to do the interview. The interviewers were extremely unprofessional, sloppily dressed and very "cold". Had no interest in working for the company after the interview.
