Got a call from consultancy named People powered solutions and they scheduled an interview in month of Jan'2024. The first round went well but did not hear back them. Then after a month got a call that regarding second round of interview, that was scheduled in month of March'2024. After giving my second round, got to know tht I cleared it & was informed by consultancy that will get a call from HR regarding offer or there might be third round. I waited over a month, then got to know that the position is offered to an internal employee. Getting rejected for is not a problem, but being super slow in interview process and on top of it not giving proper communication to candidate/ consultant makes the situation mess. I would recommend not to take interview seriously with this unprofessional company. Waste of time.

HR interview, then phone interview, then panel interview. Behavior based questions. Tell me about a time... Additional discussion and follow up questions. Opportunity was given for candidate to sell themselves.

The first round interview was telephonic. After 2 days get interview on webex and one week later after interview get the job offer. But they are very picky about picking candidate.
