Entretien
Two rounds, one on the phone and in person. Phone screen was simple. In person was behavior based questions. Mainly STAR questions were asked in the in person interview and behavior based questions.

Describe a situation that you had to work with a co-worker to achieve a goal.
Straight forward, brief, friendly. Followed STAR method for interview process. Come prepared, questions were as expected. No surprises, super nice building. Panel interview with 2 interviewers. Short tour of building after interview.

Entretien
The phone interview went well and the assessment was straightforward even though they moved on to another candidate I did not get a chance for an in person interview. I learned a lot but have to wait a year to reapply for the same role but afterwards, I got a link for how to get certified with SIE I picked the non experienced required role so I would be trained for 19 weeks (5 months) 4 days in and one day at home. Then after training it would be 3 days in and 2 days at home so the set up seemed promising.

Two managers, simple customer service questions, hardest questions were the behavior ones specifically, "tell me about a time you had to empathetic towards someone" "tell me about a time you had to deliver bad news"
