No company for experienced and certified project managers/leaders. I was given the impression of a call center for a massive sales force. The salary expectations are intoxicating. A sign for low salaries is a non-existent budget for travel expenses of applicants. The applicant is treated condescendingly. The age limit is at the beginning of 30.

The level of the questions is very low because the HR department obviously do not have a corresponding qualification.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief zwar gut, jedoch war die Teamleitung ständig mit seinem Smartphone beschäftigt, sodass man zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl hatte, es könnte was werden. Darüber hinaus hat der Leiter des Standorts ständig fragen zu meiner Schullaufbahn gestellt, obwohl es meiner Meinung nach wichtiger gewesen wäre, mehr über mein Studium zu fragen, da ich zu dem Zeitpunkt ein frischer Absolvent war.
