Well thought out questions and an overall good process for interviews. Had a small panel interview with people I would be working for. Had a plant tour and received good answers to questions that I had.

Tell me about a time that you dealt with conflict with a co worker and how you handled it.
The facility was clean and nice. There was two people questioning me for the interview. I was taken out to the machines which was pretty cool to see and helped me make my decision on if I wanted to work here.
