Entretien
A recruiting company found my resume online. The interview process went smoothly and they make sure you know what your day would be like in the company. I did not like the recruiting company much, they called the position "account coordinator" so I accepted the interview under false pretenses. The company THK seems great though.
Phone interview then received an email requesting that I take a test. Test was heavy on math but I think they really wanted to see if you were going to attempt to complete everything. Then I received an offer. Negotiated the offer then accepted.
