Simple interview process with great communication throughout. I worked with their in house recruitment team to organise the interviews, after an initial conversation over the phone. I had 1 interview by the hiring manager via Teams and a second with the hiring manager and another manager in person.

Entretien
The interview process was pretty standard, though there were delays throughout. Overall the whole process took around 2 weeks and had a few stages with regular touchpoints after each stage.

I did a presentation describing three improvements that I would make to the platform ( I was briefed on the task a week beforehand). This was then followed by an interview with individual team members.
