I was using a recruiter when I was selected for the interview process. The recruiter already conducted my backround. First interview was a phone interview followed by a skype interview. Interview lasted approximately one hour. Started out all business, but in the end, we were laughing and just talking.

After a phone interview I was scheduled to do a Skype interview with one of the Head Supervisors of the company. We spoke on-line for about an hour and it was a very comfortable experience. I was asked about myself and work experience. This company does allot of hiring from prior military so it was nice to see the support from the civilian sector. This made a good transition for me from 23 years of service to being a civilian.
