Never had a horrible experience like this eve in my life. The person who calls and interviews you was a pleasant person to talk to . He was extremely nice and seemed like a pleasure to work with. That was one of the main reasons why I wanted to work there. A Team environment and friendly co-workers are really important in my opinion. Two upper management people who you interview with were extremely rude, unprofessional and no sense of communication, especially one in particular. Please treat people with respect and dignity. Don’t think your above someone or you are so important. Treat people how you want to be treated. They asked me lots of questions and in my opinion, i felt they were trying to get some freebies or free information on AdWords. One in particular talked liked an expert. If you are an expert you wouldn’t be hiring. You would be doing everything yourself, you would train people and have a PPC team by now. Its Oct 2017! He couldn’t even have the right job posting right, listing the same questions twice. As AdWords 101, please check and re-check your work. Please don’t talk above people, let people finish their sentence and don’t think your special. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and belief. Don’t always think your answer is right because there are many ways things done and people have different opinions. Come work here if you want to be treated unfairly and unequally.
