Send a portfolio and come inside for an interview. Then you complete a working interview with a design prompt. based on that, it determines if you get called back. Sometimes they have a second working interview if it is promising.

I came into the office for an interview. It was informal, conversational style. There was only one interview, then they asked me to complete an assignment to prove my skills.
