Unorganized and hectic. The HR screening interview was unprofessional - instead of giving me more information about the role and department I was instead asked what the role is and what the department does. Opposite of most HR screenings. The second interview involved a take him business case that involved manipulating data and providing analysis and recommendations for a sales dataset. The data was messy and columns were poorly defined. I received the case at the end of day Thursday and the interview was Monday at 9am which was not a fair time to ask for so much work. At the end all that was being evaluated were my executive presentation skills instead of also including my technical skills. I had only 30 mins to present on 9 questions and I received very little feedback. There was no indication from the hiring person when I could expect to hear back - only that their team was very busy so it would be a while. I reallly like the hiring person but the interview process was very unprofessional.

There is no interview, but there is a test that you must pass. I believe you have a week to access the materials and take the test. I have heard that if you do not pass the first time, they will give you a second chance.
