I applied on a weekend and heard back a few days later to schedule an interview with the HR recruiter. This role is with TELUS Health. After the call, I was told to complete a quick 'predictive assessment' and then my information would be passed on to the pharmacy manager and director who will contact me for next steps/2nd interview. Neither of these people contacted me to coordinate the 2nd interview, and I contacted the HR person to follow up a week later and when I finally got a response I was advised that the 2 hiring manager were interviewing candidates that week. I was quite surprised at such a large company to have poor communication with potential candidates.
