I Applied on July 15th 2014 , received an invitation the next day for an online test assessment (10-15 min to complete)....passed it and the next day I received a 2nd test assessment (approx 2 hrs to complete)....passed it and the next day I received an email to confirm for my availability for a phone interview.....thought I did well...........and never heard back from the interview since then, and now it's August 9th 2014.

I applied online and filled out some forms and then did some online tests. Soon after I received an email inviting me to have a phone interview. The phone interview was fairly short and very pleasant. Soon afterwards I was invited for an in person interview and was sent some tips via email that were very helpful. I prepared by thinking about interview questions in general and thinking about responses and anecdotes that would be useful. I thought of experiences and skills I had that related to the job description.
