Alright. First HR Video interview then Group interview with collaborative activities. Seemed to focus on younger school students. My experience in sales did not count for much in their eyes. They were more focused on a fun environment.

Fifteen minutes, quite easy. Ask for expected salary range, company future. Sales orientation. Product knowledge and industry knowledge. Depends on management to be very honest, can make or break your time there

It was a telephonic interview where they asked me about my prior work experience and how I can be fit in the Sales associate position by asking situation based questions and what sales strategies I have used in the past to upsell some products
