You get sent an online test which would be timed. Test was a personality and skills test. Then you will be scheduled for a phone interview followed by a face to face interview. Background check is done. Then paid training starts

Process followed in this order: Online application, online test simulation, phone interview, in person interview, background check, job offer. Occasionally you may be required to job shadow if necessary during your first in person interview. The interview process if very textbook and standard, they just want to ensure you are competent, friendly and your thought process for situations you will encounter on the job.
