Fairly easy, I interview over a Zoom call. They ask you questions about your resumes, and gaps, and what you think you will add to their company. They ask situational questions such as “what would you do…etc” and they hire on the spot. Next step, they send you a link to complete paperwork and set you up with the next person for orientation.

The process was quite long, very European, with different exams and psychological tests, part of the tests involved using a Minecraf-style system with avatars to test possible candidates, quite unstable and quite cumbersome to manage.
