I had a phone interview with HR to start the process. I was invited to complete a virtual interview a few weeks later. Also, I had to sign an NDA before the virtual interview. The process was frustrating since they would not disclose the types of items we would be asked to purchase as a mystery shopper. I was invited to a second interview. I was asked to complete an Excel test while sharing my screen. The manager and another person watched while I did the test. I was told they had no concerns after the test and we proceeded with the interview. After the interview, I was told the manager needed to check with another person who was "out of the country" to possibly set up a third interview. I was told if I did not hear back by the end of the following week to follow up. I emailed the manager that I had the second interview with and never heard back until another week or two later. HR had emailed me saying they selected another candidate. It was a waste of my time. I would of appreciated honesty and not be led to believe I would be contacted for a third interview.
