I recently went through the interview process with Telus Digital Guatemala for a position. The entire experience was very positive and well-structured; the recruitment team provided a clear roadmap of the interview stages, which I appreciated. I progressed through multiple interviews, including technical and team-fit discussions. Ultimately, I was informed that the position was put on hold due to a shift in business priorities. While the outcome wasn't what I'd hoped for, the professionalism of the process left me with a very positive impression of the company.

They take forever on the hiring process to then say that the client closed the position. No follow up nor feedback. There isnt any professionalism and they offer that since day one.
