Recruiter contacted me first and had a phone interview. She asked standard interview questions, and really wants to know how you are SALES driven. After the phone interview, I had an in person interview with two employees. Average interview questions. About two weeks after the interview, I was invited to shadow a recruiter for half a day.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
