Applied on company website - Got a call in next 30 minutes and was asked "gate" questions like work status, availability, experience and some résumé based questions if I was a good fit. I was asked to come for in person interview in Renton office after 3 days. Office was easy accessible, with plenty of parking. The panel was very polite and professional. Easy to talk and gave plenty of time to explain. Talked about multiple roles. Promised to update ASAP with feedback. Called after two day early morning and explained that client has selected an internal candidate. Give an open frank feedback explaining what good points in profile are and what questions need attention and explanation to project the right work experience. Positive and professional – looking forward to working then them if still in market
