I was invited to an interview for a Temp-To-Hire position and I felt very confident about my chances to get the job. The TEK recruiter arranges the interview with the Company's hiring manager. The manager told me: You definitely have the skills we need. You will definitely hear from us soon. I called the recruiter to get her feedback and she told me. We don't think this position is a good match. We would continue searching for you. The recruiter didn't want me to move to the next steps of the hiring process. I am not upset but I felt I wasted my time and clearly she didn't want me to get the role. But I appreciate the opportunity regardless.

This company is very discriminatory and prejudice. I have interviewed and been contacted by numerous of recruiters within the company only to be rejected 3 times when I meet and exceed qualifications or else I wouldn’t have been contacted. This company is racist and does not hire you if you have a certain color. They will contact you, call you repeatedly, schedule you for an interview and go ghost and don’t provide any feedback or response.
