the interviews were focused on determining if I aligned with the culture, instead of determining if I could do the recruiting job, so culture is the #1 priority

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
