I eventually had three rounds of interview first round had a virtual discussion with the senior candidate manager where we had a discussion about myself and my previous experiences, and the next day I was called to the office to observe the tasks or day to day activities that are done by the employees in the organization and towards the end we had a group discussion where I had to introduce myself and each and everyone had asked me the questions regarding my skills and work experience, after which I had a virtual discussion with DE&I manager where again we had a discussion on my work experience and as well as on diversity in an organization, overall I had an amazing experience during my interviews

Bit lengthy and took 2 weeks of time, none the less good interaction with mangers senior level leaders as well as employees, had to go through multiple level of interview interaction

If you apply from CFN, you will get the opportunity to get a walk-in interview. It's a 1h interview and if you pass that, the second interview will be in their office in Tokyo.

Pros:
I had an In-office Interview with 2 BMs and DBO. The people who took my Interview were really great and utmost professional especially Rohan...It really showed how good the culture is which made a good impression.
There were 3 rounds of (simple) Interview.
The office and the ambience was really good and neat.
The Recruiter who handled my candidature was professional and responsive.
The onboarding process was really smooth and the HRs were really cooperative.
Suggestion:
Overall the process took around 3 weeks to complete (which is understandable) but could have been reduced.
