Hard questions. Looking for someone who is internal motivated. Should be no issue if you have experience in sales. Fresh out of college attempt. It was in person and took about an hour.
There wasn't much of one. They shared a job they were hiring for during our interview, which nothing was listed about the actual position they were hiring for. It turned out to be a waste of time; they use fluff to get people on the line to mention a not-so-desirable job they are hunting for.

They were great. 2 interviews and I had an offer. I went to their campus a few times and it was really solid. I had fun meeting their awesome staff.
