I found this position on a job board and decided to apply. Surprisingly, I got a call the very next day. I was asked which programming language(s) I felt most comfortable with and then I was called in for an interview the following week. The recruiter was very kind, but it turned out that they did not have any developer jobs available at their company, however they wanted to forward my resume to another company who "might" have a similar job opening for me. Whether it was intentional or not, the recruiter flat out said that their company was under a budget, meaning that the employees working there are underpaid anyway. I decided to look for a different company elsewhere.
